What should I do if my question is not answered in the FAQs?

Thank you for reviewing our FAQs to see if your question is answered here. If your question have not been answered yet, please contact our support team at: support@yakumi-malay.com.

Send an email to support@yakumi-malay.com to do so. If it is about an order you made, please be as detailed as possible and provide us your order number.

Why are all prices in US dollars? I am not from the United States.

Although we ship worldwide, we are based in the United States. This does not prevent you from placing an order if you are not from the United States. When you check out, PayPal will just use your own currency.

Is it possible for me to contact you by phone?

We currently handle all of our support digitally. We have an email address and a Facebook Fanpage. Therefore, we don't need to have a phone number to provide support. Our methods are quite streamlined, and we strive to respond to your questions as quickly as possible.

Can I apply multiple discount codes to a single order?

There can only be one discount code applied per order. Our website does not accept multiple codes.

Why do I think the prices are on the high side?

We take great pleasure in our product's quality. We also appreciate the fact that you will be receiving a Limited Edition Item. Our goods are only available in our store and nowhere else! Depending on capacity, all of our things are handcrafted in North America, Europe, or Asia. Your order is printed, cut, and sewn by hand. Our products are printed on-demand. This implies that as soon as your order is received, our creation process begins. Our products are all fashion-forward in design.

Unfortunately, high quality comes at a cost. As a result, in order to maintain high quality, we must price our things as we do. Yes, it is more expensive than usual, but you will receive a high-quality item that will last far longer than any other similar item you will purchase from another retailer.

Aside from that, we work with high-quality materials. We do not accept materials that are subpar or lose color when stretched. We only use textiles and printing techniques that we have seen in person. This is what makes it a little more expensive, but even more worthwhile.

  1. Shipping and Delivery:

What should I do if there is a faulty item in my order?

Please contact support@yakumi-malay.com with the order number as well as the name and photo of the wrong item. Any complaints with wrong items will be resolved as soon as possible by our staff.

What should I do if a product is missing from my order?

We may have delivered your things in various parcels; therefore, please check your emails to see whether some of your items will arrive separately.

If an item is missing, please contact: support@yakumi-malay.com with the order number and the name and number of the missing item. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

3.Refund and Return:

Will you refund the shipping costs for my package?

We will normally refund the amount you paid for your item but not the shipping costs (fee & tax where applicable). For additional details, please check our Shipping and Return page.

I just cancelled my order. When will I be able to have my money back again?

If you cancel your orders, we will refund the amount you paid for the order but not the delivery charges (fee and VAT where applicable) within 5 business days.

If the funds have not been released within 7 working days, please contact the support team and we will check it further for you.
